Two nights’ accommodation in the luxurious Pool View Suites at InterContinental Hayman Island Resort with all meals and luxury transfers included.
An exclusive coral spawning experience, where you’ll explore the Reef, observe coral larval pools, hear from leading marine biologists about restoration efforts, and enjoy guided snorkelling.
A beachside dinner where we’ll gather to learn about the latest reef restoration efforts and what still needs to be done.
A $1,500 contribution to the Great Barrier Reef Foundation, supporting our ongoing reef restoration and conservation efforts.

Arrive on Hamilton Island and enjoy the luxury boat transfer to Hayman Island.
Welcome Cocktail Reception in Formal Gardens and room check-in.
Leisure time: Explore the island, enjoy the resort amenities and various recreational activities.
6:30pm Welcome Event: Enjoy a cocktail-style dinner in the Formal Gardens. Connect with like-minded individuals and hear from renowned marine biologists about the coral spawning phenomenon and innovative coral restoration methods.
From 6:00am Breakfast at leisure
9:00am Education Reef Experience: Discover the Great Barrier Reef aboard a luxury boat. Marine biologists will lead interactive sessions on coral spawning and restoration efforts. Enjoy guided snorkelling, observe coral larval pools, and savour a delicious lunch.
1:00pm Return from Reef Experience.
Leisure time
6:30pm Beachside Dinner: Dine under the stars as we come together to learn more about the latest reef restoration efforts and the power of collaboration.
From 6:00am Breakfast at leisure.

Flights are not included in the package price. Guests are responsible for arranging their own travel to Hamilton Island or Airlie Beach, for a scheduled luxury vessel transfer to Hayman Island.

Full prepayment is due at the time of booking and all cancellations will incur 100% cancellation fees. InterContinental Hayman Island is now a cashless resort. All guest accounts will be settled by credit card.
